I accomplished a goal today!! I contacted Latreese Cooke in referance to an interview to be presented in class. I didn't know she was in Bastrop. We had a brief conversation, but she had someone else on the line, so we arranged to speak later on today. I am thrilled to be one step closer to accomplishing my goal. It will be interesting to hear about the issues and challenges she faces on a daily basis.
